From Two Technicians to a Full-Service Team
ClearFlow Plumbing & Waterproofing Ltd was founded in 2014 by Marcus Webb and Sandra Nguyen in Houston, Texas. What began as a two-person operation working out of a single service van has grown into a team of twelve licensed specialists serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Houston metropolitan area.
In our first year, we focused exclusively on drain cleaning and minor pipe repairs for homeowners in the Galleria and Memorial neighbourhoods. As word spread and repeat clients began recommending us to their neighbours and property managers, we expanded into waterproofing, emergency response, and large-scale commercial plumbing. By 2018, we had moved into our current office on Riverside Drive and doubled the size of our fleet.
Today, ClearFlow handles more than 300 projects every year, from routine faucet replacements to multi-story foundation waterproofing contracts. Our growth has been deliberate rather than rapid; every new hire is a licensed, experienced technician who shares our commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Houston is our home. We source materials from local suppliers whenever possible, sponsor youth sports teams in the Westchase district, and participate in Habitat for Humanity builds each spring.
